Social Distancing Rules: as of Aug 10, 2020
A rink employee will be taking everyone's temperature (no-touch thermometer) when entering the building. If you have a temperature of 100 deg Fahrenheit or more you will not be admitted in the building. Additionally, we are requiring all customers to wear face masks or some form of face coverings upon entry to the building (unless under age 6) until further notice. This includes any parents accompanying their child for check-ins and all skaters entering the building. Face coverings are to be worn upon entry to the building until skaters are ready to get on the ice. While face coverings are not required on the ice, wearing one is strongly encouraged when possible. Figure skating coaches have agreed to wear face covering on the ice. All face coverings MUST cover both the nose and mouth.
In addition to the mask mandate, we are still asking that all policies previously set forth by AZ Ice Arcadia are followed. For reference, see policies listed below:

In addition to the mask mandate, we are still asking that all policies previously set forth by AZ Ice Arcadia are followed. For reference, see policies listed below:
- If you are sick, please stay home.
- Customers will only be allowed entry into the building 20 minutes prior to ice time and expected to leave the building within 15 minutes following the session.
- On-ice sessions should be limited to 20 participants.
- Customers are still highly encouraged to get dressed, undressed and shower at home.
- Parent drop-off at the door is encouraged in an effort to minimize the number of people in the building. There will be no spectators allowed, however a parent/guardian of a youth skater is allowed to be present in the building (mask required at all times). For older youth skaters, we recommend that parent/guardian not enter the arena at all.
- Spectators can watch practices and games live or recorded using the Live Barn App which requires a monthly subscription.
- All payments to the rink must be done online using DASH accounts.
- No lost and found.
- All bathrooms, benches, and rooms will be sanitized after each use
- Spitting on and off the ice is strictly prohibited. If caught doing so, you'll be asked to leave the rink.
- All participants or participant's guardians will be required to sign a waiver before getting on the ice.
