Join us for Early Morning Freestyle Sessions

Days/Times: Freestyles are held Fri mornings from 6:00 am - 8:00 am. To confirm exact dates and times see the Oceanside Monthly Schedule and look for "AFSC".

Rates: In November skaters can pay monthly, per session or per hour. Coaches also pay a fee to coach on the session (see below for details). All payments must be made on-line one day in advance of the session. For December the rate structure will change to $25 for the 2-hour session.

Dates for Nov 2021:
Three Fridays (Nov 5th, 12th & 19th) from 6:00-8:00am. The monthly rate is $60. Payment is due by the first the Thurs of the month by 5:00 pm.

Hourly Rates for Nov 2021:
6:00 - 8:00 am is $25 for the entire two-hour session.
6:00 - 7:00 am is $15 for the one-hour session
6:30 - 7:30 am is $15 for the one-hour session
7:00 - 8:00 am is $15 for the one-hour session.

Registration & Payment: Skaters need to pay one day in advance of the freestyle session by 5:00 pm. Payment method is PayPal (credit or debit card) or Zelle. After your payment is received your name will be on the check-in sheet at the rink. This allows us to manage the number of skaters on the ice.

Dates for Dec 2021:
Three Fridays (Dec 3rd, 10th & 17th) from 6:00-8:00 am. Payment for all three sessions is due Nov 22nd. See below for PayPal links or pay via Zelle.

Rates for December:
Skaters pay $25 each for the whole two-hour sessions. No hourly rates are available.

Coaching Fees:
November Rates: $10 per session regardless of time spent coaching.
December Rates: $15 per session regardless of time spent coaching.

For December Coaches fees are due by Nov 22, 2021. Preferred payment method is PayPal (see payment link below) or Zelle. If payment needs to be by check, make checks payable to Arcadia FSC and mail to our club treasurer so it is received by Nov 22, 2021. Receipts for coaching fees will be emailed monthly after coaches payments are received by the club treasurer.

Payment Options:
1. Zelle - Online payment system now used by most baking institutions. Go to Zellepay.com to sign up. Send your Zelle payment to Arcadia FSC by using our email: ArcadiaFigureSkatingClub@gmail.com and please include the session date and time slot that you are paying for in the message area. Please pay by Thursday at 5:00 pm if you are planning to skate on Friday. When signing-in at the rink, write your arrival time by your name.

2. PayPal - If payment by Zelle is not possible, Use the PayPal Button shown below (scroll down). This method includes transaction fees so the price is slightly higher. Please pay by Thursday at 5:00 pm if you are planning to skate on Friday. When signing-in at the rink, write your arrival time by your name.

Medical Treatment Consent *

I certify that I, the member, or I, the parent/guardian of said participant, give my consent to the Arcadia FSC and the facility the activities are taking place in and their staff and members of the Arcadia FSC, their Board of Directors and volunteers to obtain medical care from any licensed physician, hospital or clinic, including transportation and emergency medical services, for myself/ourselves and/or said participant for any injury that could arise from participation in these activities. This consent for Medical Attention shall be binding and effective for the current membership year of Arcadia FSC.

Parental Consent & Indemnification Agreement (Required for Parents or Guardians) *

I, the minor's parent and/or legal guardian, understand the nature of figure skating activities and the minor's experience and capabilites and believe the minor to be qualified to participate in such "activity". I hereby release, discharge, convenant not to sue and Agree to Indemnify and Save and Hold Harmless each of the Releasees from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages on the minor's account caused or alleged to have been caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or othewise, including negligent rescue operations, and further agree that if, despite this release, I, the minor, or anyone on the minor's behalf makes a claim against any of the above Releasees, I Will Indemnify, Save and Hold Harmless each of the Releasees from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss liability, damage, or cost any Releasees my incur as the result of any such claim.
